Our Staff

Our staff have the most important job - caring for your canine family members. For that reason, it takes a lot to be a part of the DD Team.   All staff go through an extensive training process learning about dog health, behavior, training basics and group management. Because learning is an on going process, all staff are required to attend monthly staff meetings as well as yearly staff In Service. While on the playroom floor, our staff continually reinforce "good" dog behaviors, and help to minimize "poor" dog behaviors. Staff are continuely working with the dogs throughout the day reinforcing basic commands, engaging them in fun activities or even cuddling with them on the floor.  Staff are trained to notice any health changes to properly care for any dogs that are visiting for several nights. We are lucky to have such a great team.
